Returns and Exchanges


Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return items for a refund within 30 days of original delivery date. Items must be unused, in pristine condition, with the tags attached in order to to be eligible for a refund. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit.

Final sale items,  including sale items (price ends in $.99) and accessories are ineligible for return.

Any item not meeting these conditions may receive a partial or no refund.

You may return items via the shipping method of your choice. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

To complete your return, please note on your packing slip what items you wish to return and include with your shipment.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to make exchanges for size or color as needed. Please send an email to info@shopcarolinecouture.com to notify us of your exchange requirement. Due to limited quantities, we cannot guarantee the size or color preference will be available so we suggest you contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
